No update would be complete without Dave and his efforts with the small stones on the Dockland layout. When asked if he was halfway there, Dave pointed out, firmly, that it was more complete than I thought as part of the layout, near the harbour, will have granite sets rather than ballast.

The big question is – will the points ever move again? Only the sound of straining servo motors will confirm this assertion or not.
