Work continues on the electronics for the Avon Sidings upgrade.

The driver moidules for the solenoid point motors were tested and updates were made to the documentation.

Ray started the wiring on the second module required for the mimic panel but some thought had to be given to how the train control part of the module would work. Allan and Ray poured over the documentation but decided that they needed some advice before going any further.

We have not used this approach before. Simply put, the control on the panel is connected to a module that sends messages to a different module under the baseboard which then provides the 12V power required to move the locomotives.
